Rollers are built into virtually all our products and equipment.
Therefore, we felt we had to introduce their manufacturing process to you.
Whatever the diameters may be, 20, 30, 40, 48, 50, 60, 70, or 89 mm, the tube is cut to the appropriate length, and is then assembled with the tabbed shaft, springs, and the two end plates and bearings, before being crimped.

| Sheet steel punching and nibbling |
|
Numerically controlled punching and nibbling machines are essential tools for allowing MATREX to build the frames and other sheet metal parts.
Each part is first designed by means of CAD software, and the resulting program is then input into the appropriate machines for automatic processing.
|
The high quality finish of our products is ensured by epoxy powder coating.
Each part is suspended from a swinging hook and is being run through washing, de-greasing, and phosphatising cells; then the parts are dried in a hot air tunnel dryer, and are finally coated with epoxy powder before being cured for twenty minutes in a furnace, at 180 - 220 °C, as required.
